In Japan (UTC+9), it would be 5:00–7:00 PM local time. In the UAE (UTC+4), it would be 12:00–2:00 PM local time. In New York, USA (UTC-4, or UTC-5 during daylight saving time), it would be 4:00–6:00 AM local time (adjust for daylight saving). In Sydney, Australia (UTC+10, or UTC+11 during daylight saving), it would be 6:00–8:00 PM local time (adjust for daylight saving). Yes! Recordings are available 2 weeks after each workshop for one-time purchases and annual subscribers, with 2-year access. Note that recordings are not available for monthly subscribers, but you can upgrade to an annual plan to gain access.
