退款與取消政策
本政策適用於 Raqs Academy 由詠展國際開發有限公司（統一編號：94128613；負責人：楊任竣）提供的預錄數位課程、訂閱方案及線上直播課程。本政策不限制消費者依中華民國消費者保護法或其他適用法令享有的強制性權利。
1. 數位內容與七日解除權
預錄課程屬於非以有形媒介提供的數位內容。若您在結帳前已被清楚告知、明確勾選同意立即提供數位內容，且系統已開始提供課程存取權，依臺灣「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」，七日解除權可能不適用。若未取得前述事先告知及同意，您的法定權利不受本政策排除。
2. 可申請退款的情況
- 重複扣款或錯誤扣款；
- 付款成功後未獲得應有的課程存取權，且我們在收到通知後三個工作日內仍未能修復；
- 購買的核心內容與商品頁說明有重大不符；
- 在數位內容尚未開始提供前提出取消；
- 依法令應退款的其他情形。
如您已明確同意立即提供數位內容且課程存取權已開始提供，單純因改變心意、未安排時間觀看，或裝置與網路環境不符基本需求，原則上不提供退款；但瑕疵、錯誤扣款或其他依法不得排除的權利不受影響。
3. 訂閱方案
月方案的保障使用期間為購買日起30日；年方案的保障使用期間為購買日起12個月。取消僅影響尚未開始的後續計費期間；已開始並已提供內容的當期費用原則上不按比例退還，法令另有規定或服務有重大瑕疵者除外。若結帳頁未明示自動續訂，方案將於保障期間屆滿時結束。
4. 單獨購買的預錄課程
單獨購買之預錄課程，自購買日起保障觀看12個月。保障期間屆滿後，如平台、授權及技術條件允許，我們可免費贈送延長觀看權限；此贈送權限不屬於付費對價或保證服務期間，亦不影響購買時已明示之法定及契約權利。
5. 線上直播課程
若 Raqs Academy 取消課程，您可選擇全額退款、轉班或等值平台額度。學員自行取消時，以各商品頁於購買前揭露的取消條件為準；如商品頁未另行規定，請在課程開始前儘速聯絡我們，我們將依服務提供狀態、合理準備成本及適用法令處理。
6. 申請方式與處理時間
請寄信至 info@raqsacademy.com，提供購買人姓名、訂單編號、帳號電子郵件、購買項目及申請原因。請勿寄送信用卡完整卡號或安全碼。核准的退款將退回原付款方式；我們會在收到完整資料後儘快處理，並依適用法令於應退款期限內完成。銀行或發卡機構入帳時間可能另需數個工作日。
Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to prerecorded digital courses, subscription plans, and live online classes supplied by Raqs Academy, operated by 詠展國際開發有限公司 (Unified Business Number: 94128613; Responsible Person: 楊任竣). It does not limit any mandatory rights available under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
1. Digital content and the seven-day cancellation right
Prerecorded courses are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Where, before checkout, you have been clearly informed, expressly consented to immediate supply, and access has begun, the statutory seven-day cancellation right may not apply under Taiwan’s Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind Distance Sales. If this prior notice and consent were not obtained, this policy does not exclude your statutory rights.
2. When a refund may be requested
- A duplicate or incorrect charge;
- Access was not provided after successful payment and we could not restore it within three business days after notice;
- The core content is materially different from the product description;
- You cancel before digital access begins; or
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
After you expressly request immediate supply and course access begins, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available merely because you did not have time to watch or your device or connection does not meet basic requirements. This does not affect rights relating to defects, incorrect charges, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Subscription plans
The guaranteed service period is 30 days from purchase for the Monthly Plan and 12 months from purchase for the Annual Plan. Cancellation affects only a future billing period that has not begun. Fees for a current period in which access has begun are generally not prorated, except where required by law or where the service has a material defect. If automatic renewal is not expressly disclosed at checkout, access ends when the guaranteed period expires.
4. Individually purchased prerecorded courses
The guaranteed viewing period is 12 months from purchase. After that period, where platform, licensing, and technical conditions permit, we may provide continued viewing access as a complimentary benefit. Complimentary access is not part of the paid consideration or guaranteed service period and does not reduce any statutory or contractual rights expressly disclosed when you purchased.
5. Live online classes
If Raqs Academy cancels a class, you may choose a full refund, transfer, or equivalent platform credit. Student cancellations follow the conditions disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. If no separate condition is shown, contact us as early as possible before the class; we will handle the request according to the status of performance, reasonable preparation costs, and applicable law.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@raqsacademy.com with the purchaser’s name, order number, account email, item purchased, and reason. Do not send a full card number or security code. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will process a complete request promptly and within any period required by law; your bank or card issuer may require additional business days to post the funds.
