服務條款與消費者權益
歡迎使用 Raqs Academy。本平台由詠展國際開發有限公司營運（統一編號：94128613；負責人：楊任竣；地址：臺中市沙鹿區南昌路36巷8號；電子郵件：info@raqsacademy.com）。購買或使用本平台服務前，請閱讀本條款、隱私權政策及退款政策。
1. 服務內容與契約成立
Raqs Academy 提供預錄數位舞蹈課程、月方案、年方案、線上直播課程及商品頁所載的相關服務。商品頁、結帳頁、訂單確認及本條款共同構成交易內容。當付款成功並由系統發出訂單或存取確認時，契約成立；付款失敗、價格顯示明顯錯誤或依法無法提供服務時，我們得拒絕或取消訂單並退還已收款項。
2. 價格、幣別與付款
商品頁會揭露美元價格及臺灣地區的新臺幣價格。臺灣售價以商品頁標示的 NT$ 金額為準；實際扣款幣別、總額、折扣及付款方式以您提交訂單前的結帳頁顯示為準。付款由第三方金流服務商處理。您應確認帳單及聯絡資料正確，並僅使用經授權的付款方式。
3. 服務提供與保障期間
- 月方案：自購買日起保障使用30日。
- 年方案：自購買日起保障使用12個月。
- 單獨購買的預錄課程：自購買日起保障觀看12個月。
- 直播課程：依商品頁公告的日期、時間及提供方式為準。
單獨購買的預錄課程在12個月保障期間屆滿後，如平台、講師授權及技術條件允許，我們可免費贈送延長觀看權限。此贈送不屬於付費對價或保證服務期間，亦不影響購買時已明示之法定與契約權利。對於本條款更新前已成立的訂單，以購買當時明示的條件及強制適用法令為準。
4. 數位內容與消費者解除權
預錄課程屬於非以有形媒介提供的數位內容。當結帳頁已事先清楚告知，且您明確勾選同意立即提供數位內容，並於付款後開始提供存取權時，依臺灣「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」，七日解除權可能不適用。若未完成必要的事先告知及同意，您的法定權利不受排除。退款、取消及瑕疵處理詳見退款政策。
5. 帳號與使用規則
您應提供正確資料並妥善保管帳號與密碼。課程存取權僅供購買人個人、非商業使用。未經書面許可，不得分享帳號、錄影、下載、重製、轉售、公開播送、上傳、散布課程內容，或規避平台的存取及安全措施。如發現未授權使用、侵權、付款詐欺或危害平台安全的行為，我們得在合理必要範圍內暫停帳號、調查並採取法律措施；若屬誤判，請聯絡客服處理。
6. 課程內容與平台運作
在不減損已購買核心權益的前提下，課程目錄可能因講師授權、內容更新、技術或營運需求合理調整。我們可能進行維護，並會盡合理努力維持服務可用性。因不可抗力、第三方平台中斷或其他非可合理控制的原因造成短暫中斷時，我們將依影響程度提供修復、合理延長或依法應提供的其他處理。
7. 智慧財產權
網站、影片、音訊、圖片、文字、教材、商標及相關內容由 Raqs Academy、講師或授權人所有。購買服務僅取得在適用期間內的有限、個人、非專屬、不可轉讓使用權，不移轉任何智慧財產權。
8. 取消、退款與申訴
取消與退款依本網站的退款政策及適用法令辦理。若您對付款、存取、課程內容或個人資料有疑問，請寄信至 info@raqsacademy.com，並提供訂單編號及帳號電子郵件；請勿提供完整信用卡號或安全碼。我們將在收到完整資料後儘快回覆並以誠信方式處理消費爭議。
9. 未成年人
未達所在地法定成年年齡者，應由法定代理人閱讀並同意本條款後使用付費服務。
10. 條款變更、準據法與語言
我們可能因法令或服務變更更新本條款，重大變更將於網站公告。更新不追溯減損已成立交易的權利。本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；消費者依法享有的強制性保護及管轄權不受排除。本頁提供繁體中文及英文版本；如解釋有差異，臺灣消費交易以繁體中文版本及強制適用法令為準。
Terms of Service & Consumer Rights
Welcome to Raqs Academy. The Platform is operated by 詠展國際開發有限公司 (Unified Business Number: 94128613; Responsible Person: 楊任竣; Address: No. 8, Lane 36, Nanchang Road, Shalu District, Taichung City, Taiwan; Email: info@raqsacademy.com). Please read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy before purchasing or using our services.
1. Services and formation of contract
Raqs Academy supplies prerecorded digital dance courses, Monthly Plans, Annual Plans, live online classes, and related services described on product pages. The product page, checkout, order confirmation, and these Terms together form the transaction information. A contract is formed when payment succeeds and the system issues an order or access confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order and refund amounts received where payment fails, a price is clearly erroneous, or the service cannot lawfully be supplied.
2. Prices, currency, and payment
Product pages disclose prices in U.S. dollars and Taiwan prices in New Taiwan dollars. For Taiwan, the selling price is the NT$ amount displayed on the product page. The actual charge currency, total, discounts, and payment method are shown at checkout before you submit the order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and use only an authorized payment method.
3. Supply and guaranteed periods
- Monthly Plan: guaranteed service period of 30 days from purchase.
- Annual Plan: guaranteed service period of 12 months from purchase.
- Individually purchased prerecorded course: guaranteed viewing period of 12 months from purchase.
- Live class: supplied on the date, time, and method disclosed on the product page.
After the 12-month guaranteed period for an individually purchased prerecorded course, where platform, instructor-licensing, and technical conditions permit, we may provide continued viewing access as a complimentary benefit. This complimentary access is not part of the paid consideration or guaranteed service period and does not reduce statutory or contractual rights disclosed when you purchased. Orders formed before an update to these Terms remain subject to the conditions disclosed at purchase and any mandatory law.
4. Digital content and cancellation rights
Prerecorded courses are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. When the checkout clearly gives prior notice, you expressly check the box requesting immediate supply, and access begins after payment, the statutory seven-day cancellation right may not apply under Taiwan’s Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind Distance Sales. If the necessary prior notice and consent are not completed, your statutory rights are not excluded. See the Refund Policy for cancellation, refunds, and defects.
5. Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate information and protect your username and password. Course access is personal and non-commercial. Without written permission, you may not share accounts, record, download, reproduce, resell, publicly perform, upload, distribute course content, or bypass access and security measures. If we identify unauthorized use, infringement, payment fraud, or a security threat, we may reasonably suspend access, investigate, and take lawful action. Contact support if a restriction was applied in error.
6. Course content and platform operation
Provided that purchased core rights are not reduced, the course catalog may be reasonably adjusted because of instructor licensing, content updates, technical needs, or operations. We may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability. Where force majeure, a third-party outage, or another matter outside reasonable control causes interruption, we will provide restoration, a reasonable extension, or another remedy required by law according to the impact.
7. Intellectual property
The website, video, audio, images, text, teaching materials, trademarks, and related content belong to Raqs Academy, instructors, or licensors. A purchase grants only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content during the applicable period. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and complaints
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. For questions about payment, access, course content, or personal data, email info@raqsacademy.com with your order number and account email. Do not send a full card number or security code. We will respond promptly after receiving complete information and handle consumer disputes in good faith.
9. Minors
Users below the age of majority in their location may use paid services only after a parent or legal guardian has read and accepted these Terms.
10. Changes, governing law, and language
We may update these Terms for legal or service changes and will post material changes on the website. An update does not retroactively reduce rights under an existing transaction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction available by law. Traditional Chinese and English versions are provided. For Taiwan consumer transactions, the Traditional Chinese version and mandatory applicable law prevail in case of inconsistency.
