\u7531\u8a60\u5c55\u570b\u969b\u958b\u767c\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u7d71\u4e00\u7de8\u865f\uff1a94128613\uff1b\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\uff1a\u694a\u4efb\u7ae3\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u9810\u9304\u6578\u4f4d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3001\u8a02\u95b1\u65b9\u6848\u53ca\u7dda\u4e0a\u76f4\u64ad\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002\u672c\u653f\u7b56\u4e0d\u9650\u5236\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4f9d\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4fdd\u8b77\u6cd5\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9069\u7528\u6cd5\u4ee4\u4eab\u6709\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>1. \u6578\u4f4d\u5167\u5bb9\u8207\u4e03\u65e5\u89e3\u9664\u6b0a<\/h3>\n<p>\u9810\u9304\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5c6c\u65bc\u975e\u4ee5\u6709\u5f62\u5a92\u4ecb\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6578\u4f4d\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u5728\u7d50\u5e33\u524d\u5df2\u88ab\u6e05\u695a\u544a\u77e5\u3001\u660e\u78ba\u52fe\u9078\u540c\u610f\u7acb\u5373\u63d0\u4f9b\u6578\u4f4d\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e14\u7cfb\u7d71\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5b58\u53d6\u6b0a\uff0c\u4f9d\u81fa\u7063\u300c\u901a\u8a0a\u4ea4\u6613\u89e3\u9664\u6b0a\u5408\u7406\u4f8b\u5916\u60c5\u4e8b\u9069\u7528\u6e96\u5247\u300d\uff0c\u4e03\u65e5\u89e3\u9664\u6b0a\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u3002\u82e5\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u524d\u8ff0\u4e8b\u5148\u544a\u77e5\u53ca\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6b0a\u5229\u4e0d\u53d7\u672c\u653f\u7b56\u6392\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u9000\u6b3e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u91cd\u8907\u6263\u6b3e\u6216\u932f\u8aa4\u6263\u6b3e\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4ed8\u6b3e\u6210\u529f\u5f8c\u672a\u7372\u5f97\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5b58\u53d6\u6b0a\uff0c\u4e14\u6211\u5011\u5728\u6536\u5230\u901a\u77e5\u5f8c\u4e09\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5167\u4ecd\u672a\u80fd\u4fee\u5fa9\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5167\u5bb9\u8207\u5546\u54c1\u9801\u8aaa\u660e\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u4e0d\u7b26\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u6578\u4f4d\u5167\u5bb9\u5c1a\u672a\u958b\u59cb\u63d0\u4f9b\u524d\u63d0\u51fa\u53d6\u6d88\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4f9d\u6cd5\u4ee4\u61c9\u9000\u6b3e\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u60c5\u5f62\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u60a8\u5df2\u660e\u78ba\u540c\u610f\u7acb\u5373\u63d0\u4f9b\u6578\u4f4d\u5167\u5bb9\u4e14\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5b58\u53d6\u6b0a\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u55ae\u7d14\u56e0\u6539\u8b8a\u5fc3\u610f\u3001\u672a\u5b89\u6392\u6642\u9593\u89c0\u770b\uff0c\u6216\u88dd\u7f6e\u8207\u7db2\u8def\u74b0\u5883\u4e0d\u7b26\u57fa\u672c\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u9000\u6b3e\uff1b\u4f46\u7455\u75b5\u3001\u932f\u8aa4\u6263\u6b3e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4f9d\u6cd5\u4e0d\u5f97\u6392\u9664\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u4e0d\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3. \u8a02\u95b1\u65b9\u6848<\/h3>\n<p>\u6708\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u4f7f\u7528\u671f\u9593\u70ba\u8cfc\u8cb7\u65e5\u8d7730\u65e5\uff1b\u5e74\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u4f7f\u7528\u671f\u9593\u70ba\u8cfc\u8cb7\u65e5\u8d7712\u500b\u6708\u3002\u53d6\u6d88\u50c5\u5f71\u97ff\u5c1a\u672a\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8a08\u8cbb\u671f\u9593\uff1b\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u4e26\u5df2\u63d0\u4f9b\u5167\u5bb9\u7684\u7576\u671f\u8cbb\u7528\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u4e0d\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u9000\u9084\uff0c\u6cd5\u4ee4\u53e6\u6709\u898f\u5b9a\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u7455\u75b5\u8005\u9664\u5916\u3002\u82e5\u7d50\u5e33\u9801\u672a\u660e\u793a\u81ea\u52d5\u7e8c\u8a02\uff0c\u65b9\u6848\u5c07\u65bc\u4fdd\u969c\u671f\u9593\u5c46\u6eff\u6642\u7d50\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>4. \u55ae\u7368\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7684\u9810\u9304\u8ab2\u7a0b<\/h3>\n<p>\u55ae\u7368\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4e4b\u9810\u9304\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u81ea\u8ab2\u7a0b\u958b\u901a\u65e5\u8d77\u4eab\u670912\u500b\u6708\u5b8c\u6574\u89c0\u770b\u6b0a\u9650\u300212\u500b\u6708\u671f\u9650\u5c46\u6eff\u5f8c\uff0c\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5c07\u81ea\u52d5\u95dc\u9589\uff0c\u6055\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5ef6\u671f\u6216\u7e8c\u671f\uff1b\u5982\u9700\u7e7c\u7e8c\u89c0\u770b\uff0c\u9808\u91cd\u65b0\u8cfc\u8cb7\u3002\u4f9d\u8cfc\u8cb7\u524d\u5df2\u660e\u793a\u768412\u500b\u6708\u671f\u9650\u6b63\u5e38\u5230\u671f\uff0c\u4e0d\u69cb\u6210\u670d\u52d9\u7455\u75b5\u6216\u9000\u6b3e\u4e8b\u7531\uff0c\u4f46\u4f9d\u6cd5\u4e0d\u5f97\u6392\u9664\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6b0a\u5229\u4e0d\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>5. \u7dda\u4e0a\u76f4\u64ad\u8ab2\u7a0b<\/h3>\n<p>\u82e5 Raqs Academy \u53d6\u6d88\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u9078\u64c7\u5168\u984d\u9000\u6b3e\u3001\u8f49\u73ed\u6216\u7b49\u503c\u5e73\u53f0\u984d\u5ea6\u3002\u5b78\u54e1\u81ea\u884c\u53d6\u6d88\u6642\uff0c\u4ee5\u5404\u5546\u54c1\u9801\u65bc\u8cfc\u8cb7\u524d\u63ed\u9732\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u689d\u4ef6\u70ba\u6e96\uff1b\u5982\u5546\u54c1\u9801\u672a\u53e6\u884c\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u8acb\u5728\u8ab2\u7a0b\u958b\u59cb\u524d\u5118\u901f\u806f\u7d61\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u4f9d\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u72c0\u614b\u3001\u5408\u7406\u6e96\u5099\u6210\u672c\u53ca\u9069\u7528\u6cd5\u4ee4\u8655\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>6. \u7533\u8acb\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u8655\u7406\u6642\u9593<\/h3>\n<p>\u8acb\u5bc4\u4fe1\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:info@raqsacademy.com\">info@raqsacademy.com<\/a>\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4eba\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u8a02\u55ae\u7de8\u865f\u3001\u5e33\u865f\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u3001\u8cfc\u8cb7\u9805\u76ee\u53ca\u7533\u8acb\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u8acb\u52ff\u5bc4\u9001\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u5b8c\u6574\u5361\u865f\u6216\u5b89\u5168\u78bc\u3002\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u9000\u6b3e\u5c07\u9000\u56de\u539f\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u6703\u5728\u6536\u5230\u5b8c\u6574\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\u5118\u5feb\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4e26\u4f9d\u9069\u7528\u6cd5\u4ee4\u65bc\u61c9\u9000\u6b3e\u671f\u9650\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u9280\u884c\u6216\u767c\u5361\u6a5f\u69cb\u5165\u5e33\u6642\u9593\u53ef\u80fd\u53e6\u9700\u6578\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<p>This policy applies to prerecorded digital courses, subscription plans, and live online classes supplied by Raqs Academy, operated by \u8a60\u5c55\u570b\u969b\u958b\u767c\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 (Unified Business Number: 94128613; Responsible Person: \u694a\u4efb\u7ae3). It does not limit any mandatory rights available under Taiwan\u2019s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Digital content and the seven-day cancellation right<\/h3>\n<p>Prerecorded courses are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Where, before checkout, you have been clearly informed, expressly consented to immediate supply, and access has begun, the statutory seven-day cancellation right may not apply under Taiwan\u2019s Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind Distance Sales. If this prior notice and consent were not obtained, this policy does not exclude your statutory rights.<\/p>\n<h3>2. When a refund may be requested<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A duplicate or incorrect charge;<\/li>\n<li>Access was not provided after successful payment and we could not restore it within three business days after notice;<\/li>\n<li>The core content is materially different from the product description;<\/li>\n<li>You cancel before digital access begins; or<\/li>\n<li>A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After you expressly request immediate supply and course access begins, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available merely because you did not have time to watch or your device or connection does not meet basic requirements. Subscription plans<\/h3>\n<p>The guaranteed service period is 30 days from purchase for the Monthly Plan and 12 months from purchase for the Annual Plan. Cancellation affects only a future billing period that has not begun. Fees for a current period in which access has begun are generally not prorated, except where required by law or where the service has a material defect. If automatic renewal is not expressly disclosed at checkout, access ends when the guaranteed period expires.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Individually purchased prerecorded courses<\/h3>\n<p>An individually purchased prerecorded course includes full access for 12 months from the date the course is activated. After the 12-month access period ends, the course closes automatically. Access cannot be extended or renewed. To continue watching, the course must be purchased again. Expiration at the end of the clearly disclosed 12-month period is not a service defect or refund ground, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Live online classes<\/h3>\n<p>If Raqs Academy cancels a class, you may choose a full refund, transfer, or equivalent platform credit. Student cancellations follow the conditions disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. If no separate condition is shown, contact us as early as possible before the class; we will handle the request according to the status of performance, reasonable preparation costs, and applicable law.<\/p>\n<h3>6. How to request a refund<\/h3>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@raqsacademy.com\">info@raqsacademy.com<\/a> with the purchaser\u2019s name, order number, account email, item purchased, and reason. Do not send a full card number or security code. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. \u6708\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u4f7f\u7528\u671f\u9593\u70ba\u8cfc\u8cb7\u65e5\u8d7730\u65e5\uff1b\u5e74\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u4f7f\u7528\u671f\u9593\u70ba\u8cfc\u8cb7\u65e5\u8d7712\u500b\u6708\u3002\u53d6\u6d88\u50c5\u5f71\u97ff\u5c1a\u672a\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8a08\u8cbb\u671f\u9593\uff1b\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u4e26\u5df2\u63d0\u4f9b\u5167\u5bb9\u7684\u7576\u671f\u8cbb\u7528\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u4e0d\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u9000\u9084\uff0c\u6cd5\u4ee4\u53e6\u6709\u898f\u5b9a\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u7455\u75b5\u8005\u9664\u5916\u3002\u82e5\u7d50\u5e33\u9801\u672a\u660e\u793a\u81ea\u52d5\u7e8c\u8a02\uff0c\u65b9\u6848\u5c07\u65bc\u4fdd\u969c\u671f\u9593\u5c46\u6eff\u6642\u7d50\u675f\u3002 4. \u55ae\u7368\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7684\u9810\u9304\u8ab2\u7a0b \u55ae\u7368\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4e4b\u9810\u9304\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u81ea\u8ab2\u7a0b\u958b\u901a\u65e5\u8d77\u4eab\u670912\u500b\u6708\u5b8c\u6574\u89c0\u770b\u6b0a\u9650\u300212\u500b\u6708\u671f\u9650\u5c46\u6eff\u5f8c\uff0c\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5c07\u81ea\u52d5\u95dc\u9589\uff0c\u6055\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5ef6\u671f\u6216\u7e8c\u671f\uff1b\u5982\u9700\u7e7c\u7e8c\u89c0\u770b\uff0c\u9808\u91cd\u65b0\u8cfc\u8cb7\u3002\u4f9d\u8cfc\u8cb7\u524d\u5df2\u660e\u793a\u768412\u500b\u6708\u671f\u9650\u6b63\u5e38\u5230\u671f\uff0c\u4e0d\u69cb\u6210\u670d\u52d9\u7455\u75b5\u6216\u9000\u6b3e\u4e8b\u7531\uff0c\u4f46\u4f9d\u6cd5\u4e0d\u5f97\u6392\u9664\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6b0a\u5229\u4e0d\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u3002
